Dear Mr. Pavlov, please tell us briefly about the software solution N.E.X.T. the company Entegra developement.
N.E.X.T. is a complete software platform for business management, based on the long-term experience of the team on various international and national projects in the last 20 years. Entegra was founded in 2009 when we decided to combine the modules and knowledge gained so far in a single platform called N.E.X.T. The values we at the beginning were to be uniquely easy to use by users and convenient to integrate with devices, external systems and services, so that with at least data entry to obtain timely and accurate information for management decisions. The balance is that 11 years later we have covered the seted values - N.E.X.T. operates integrated with auto scales, laboratory analyzers, accounting products, map and geocoding services of google, GPS tracking, BI products, etc . We have managed to cover all areas of the agricultural sector and the high standards of modern ERP system.
With the development of the product and the expansion of the customer base, we follow an ambitious plan for development and improvement of the team. Active training for key competencies, participation in international forums to improve technical skills and consultation with professionals on team growth.
As a follow-up, could you share the benefits of implementing N.E.X.T and the customers for whom it is intended?
Improving the company’s accountability and control, effective resource planning, reducing data entry time and the risk of errors and duplication, immediate access to all the information needed for real-time management decisions – are just some of the key benefits according to Vladimir Nikolov – Commercial Manager, who recently joined the team of Entegra Ltd. with his 10 years of experience in digitalization of Agribusiness. For the last 7 years the main focus of the company is the Agribusiness domainr, as customers are: grain producers, grain traders, distributors of fertilizers, seeds and preparations, as well as processors of grain products, including producers of feed, oil, peeled seeds and others. .
Please share with the magazine, what is your vision for the market of information solutions in the Agricultural Sector?
The last 10 years have seen a strong pace of digitalization in agriculture, and here we are not talking about accounting and warehousing software, but we are referring to specialized solutions. Almost every farm now uses a solution such as software for weighing notes, instruments for laboratory analysis of quality indicators, GPS tracking systems and many spreadsheets that are maintained manually and with many possibilities for error. The point is that most such systems solve a specific case and users have to use several different software, and even often enter the same information several times. Our vision is that the demand wil be more and more for complete solutions, which integrate and exchange information with the existing equipment, infrastructure and software products on the farm, thus saving time for implementation and human resources, which we all know are in short supply especially in the agricultural sector. Last but not least, overall decisions provide real-time information that is key to making management decisions.
What innovations can make customers happy during this difficult year for most businesses?
This year was marked by two aggravating circumstances COVID19 and the drought – especially in Dobrogea. Regarding the situation with the pandemic and quarantine, Entegra does not have a single non-working day. Our cohesive team worked shifts from the office with high standards and from home, we served our clients remotely through virtual meetings through remote access applications with which we saw and heard each other as if we were in the same room and I dare say, that we were closer to our customers than ever. In terms of drought and deteriorating yields in some regions, we all know that on the one hand we cannot influence nature and the climate, but on the other hand we were motivated to develop and offer solutions that improve sustainability, profitability and productivity. An interesting novelty is that we now maintain integration with the most common devices on the market for laboratory analysis of quality indicators, in which the information after the analysis automatically enters the system N.E.X.T. without manual entry and a bonus quantity is calculated. Monitoring quality indicators allows both traders and grain producers to make the right storage decisions, sell products better and protect their material interests better. Another novelty is the product “Grain production” aimed at farmers, which allows on the basis of the planned sowing turnover to introduce specific varieties, hybrids and norms of application.
