Fields nomenclature with following attribute information: arable area, season, crop, variety/hybrid, etc. Optional import from Excel. Import and visualization from SHP file or GIS system.

Planning

Field activities planning via bulk record functionality (multiply fields in one record). Keeping track and further reporting of the actual use of materials and mechanization by fields:

• • 1-st Stage is planning of autumn and spring crops based on the crop rotation.
• • 2-nd Stage is planning of crop and variety/hybrid for each and every field with application rates for seeds, fertilizers and crop protection.

Working cards

Generating work cards(daily documents) for plowing, sowing, fertilizing, spraying, etc. Input of of labor, fuel and materials in the fields, which machine worked with which equipment, etc. option for printing according to the client’s template.

Inventory analysis

Stock inventory management – based on the planned application rates by crops and varieties / hybrids. Entegra displays a detailed balance, on one side the necessary quantities of materials and on the other the available quantities ordered to the supplier and also the quantities that must be purchased in order to satisfy the production.

Completion

Reporting of finished activities – field operations. Marking the planned treatments as performed. Insertion of the actually used materials and mechanization by fields and automatic discharge from the warehouse.

Integrations

Initialization of information from external systems: GPS tracking; John Deere, etc. The system automatically downloads information for machine, operator, fuel consumption, hectares cultivated, etc. Available from an external system such as John Deere, Case or other GPS telematics.

Technological cards

Automatic extracting of technological cards. Specialized function for creating a template of technological card based on all recorded field operations for certain high performing field throughout the crop season. Transforming good practices into ready technological cards for the next season.

Warehouse discharging

Input of labor, fuel and materials in the field according to the planned application rates or based on measuring. Entegra. automatically provides the following options: by planned application rate, by quantities weighed on the scales or initialized by an external system (eg. John Deere). The operator chooses and decides on what basis to discharge from the warehouse.
