Fuctional package Grain Trade Planning part from Entegra Agri ERP is a tool for linking sales with purchases and / or quantities in stock, which on the one hand guarantees the execution of contracts on time, quantitatively and qualitatively, and on the other hand provides information on planned revenues, expenses and profits.
Planning
Preliminarily contracted for a purchase or warehouse and cash agreement for a sale through a special referral/transportation planner. Help with cash, agreements and planning for the collection of quantities.
Nomination
Linking the required quantities, including quality indicators under the contract of sale, with the quantities in stock at bases and warehouses and those under forthcoming (planned) purchase contracts on the basis of preliminary analyzes.
Analysis
Subsequent analysis of the actually exported / transported compared to the planned ones. Grouping by different criteria – customer, supplier, purchase, order, warehouse, etc.
Request transport
Transport order – to the carrier to provide cars to the specific loading point.
Loading
Loading order – to the warehouse / supplier for loading the cars provided by the carrier (under item 1).
Profit and Loss
Planned cost of grain, including transport costs, commissions, etc.
