The mobile application part of Entegra Agri has been developed in three directions:
• Commercial processes – a tool developed for Agronomists and traders, which is fully adapted to their way of working – on the go with a weak or no Internet connection. For this reason, it supports offline mode of operation, and when an Internet connection is available, the mobile application synchronizes with the office, new requests entered by traders, as well as new products, prices or charges entered by the office.
• Transfers and stocks in grain warehouses – developed for Managers, operators and logistics. Ability to enter transport requests, both from traders and specialist logistics, and even from couterparties after access authorization. In this way, the transports immediately appear on the scale screen in the respective base, as “expected”. Information and inquiries in real time about stocks in silos and warehouses.
• Client access – enabling authorized counterparties to monitor the performance of contracts and orders.
Agronomists/Traders:
Meetings
Register of held meetings and commercial activity. Recording products that the customer is interested in. Color signaling when a customer has not been visited for a certain period of time.
Offers
Management of inquiries and offers. Register of inquiries received from customers with unique sequence numbers.
Orders
Entering requests with information about products, quantity and price. Synchronization with the office, processing and follow-up status information – scheduled for delivery, delivered and paid for.
Operator/Manager:
Transportation requests
Create Order Requests for shipping from warehouse. The operator selects a specific order detail, and the customer and contract are filled in automatically.
Stock availabilities
Visualization in the mobile application for stock quanities by crops, by silos and warehouses with information on quality indicators. Visualization of free volumes.
Scale transfers
Visualization of detailed information on the transfers on the scale – entry and exit under contracts for a period with information on transports.
Customer access:

After authorization, farmers can see a list of submitted samples, with each quality indicator visualized in a separate column.

Transportations under contracts
Contractl information about the courses with all their details, including basic quality indicators affecting the bonus test weight.
